  3. What if I only need emergency services?
  4. Our membership is designed as complete healthcare. Emergency services are free for members as part of the integrated ecosystem. We don't offer standalone emergency-only plans.
  5. Can I choose which hospital for treatment?

  6. Your family doctor, based on your condition and medical needs, recommends the most appropriate partner hospital. In non-emergency situations, you can express preferences.
  7. Are all medicines available for a 30% discount?

  8. Yes, all prescribed medicines (allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic) from our pharmacy partners. The discount applies to MRP (maximum retail price).
  9. How do I know lab test pricing before ordering?

  10. All lab test rates are published on our website and available at your PHC. Your family doctor will inform you of costs before ordering any tests.
  11. Can I get services if traveling to another city?

  12. If we have a PHC in that city, yes. Show your membership card at the nearest PHC. Emergency services available. For planned travel, notify us in advance.
  13. What if I need a service not listed here?

  14. Your family doctor will coordinate specialist care, physiotherapy, mental health counseling, or other services through our partner network within your ₹10L coverage.
  15. How quickly can I access services after joining?

  16. Emergency number active immediately. Family doctor assigned within 24-48 hours. All services available from assignment date.
